Customs Duties & Taxes
All orders are dispatched from Bognor Regis, UK. Please note that your order may incur import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local government. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by your local authorities — Clodee does not have control over these charges.
Customs duties and taxes vary by country, so we recommend familiarizing yourself with potential fees before making a purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse or refund these charges.
If you decide not to accept the customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, please be aware that the shipping and customs fees are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.

CANCELLATION & Returns POLICY

At CLODEE, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Cancellation and Returns Policy below to understand your rights and how to return items to us.
1. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in line with the following conditions:
The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the items.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
For hygiene reasons, items must be free from body odor, makeup, or any other signs of use.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
Please note: We are actively working on adding return labels to streamline the return process and make it more convenient for you in the future. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow.
2. How to Return Goods
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return by email at hello@clodee.co.uk. Please include your order number, name, address, and the reason for the return. Alternatively, you may use our return form available on our website.
Return the Item: After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 calendar days. The return address is as follows:

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will not cover the cost of the goods and any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods
If you receive faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items please contact us immediately at hello@clodee.co.uk, providing your order number and images of the faulty items to help us resolve the issue.
